Tutorial on how to increase the framerate of a video file; and re-sample (and re-encode) at a lower framerate to allow file to be combined with other low frame rate files (ie speed up a 30 fps file to 120 fps; then, resample the 120 fps file back to 30 fps so it can be combined with other 30 fps files). The same tutorial can be used to do slow motion - slow down to 15 fps, then resample the 15fps file back to 30 fps so it can be combined with other 30 fps files - EASY!
