www.holygoatcoffee.com.au Coffees selected for our blends and origins go through three rounds of professional cupping, assessment and tasting by qualified international coffee tasters before trial roasting and commercial roasting is undertaken. We then roast in a customised 60kg drum that is tuned for the precise application of heat at any given moment in the roasting cycle. It is also capable of replicating a previous roast cycle exactly and we can mirror this in our 5kg roaster for specialised single origins. We then flush and seal the Coffee in nitrogen to ensure a stable storage environment. Watch this 40 second video to see our machine in action.
